Guardian Autism Center is a therapy center where patients with ASD and related developmental disabilities can seek supportive and effective care that will allow them to thrive. We are dedicated to providing support and education for our patients and their families. We seek to offer guidance that allows patients and their communities to grow and succeed together. At Guardian Autism Center, we offer the benefit of a one-to-one child/therapist ratio and utilize the Applied Behavior Analysis approach. This approach has proven to be very effective for ASD and related developmental disabilities. ABA Therapy is evidence-based and offers patients the chance to be assessed accurately and correctly. Once an analysis has been completed, a customized treatment and support approach can be created for each patient in our programs.
ABA Therapy assesses each patient’s current abilities and then utilizes this information to create individualized treatment plans for each patient. The system teaches and trains skills using real-world examples so that patients can learn real-world skills. Positive reinforcement is a key aspect of ABA Therapy. We encourage positive behaviors and assist in decreasing distractions like tantrums, physical aggression, and self-injury behaviors. Because every case of Autism is different, every treatment program that we create is unique. This tailored approach offers the greatest chance for success and allows each patient to thrive and succeed on their own terms.
